Description of best practice: CPRN created an ESL radio show and the training for visually impaired participants of the MA Commission for the Blind by using the Commission’s radio outlets to address job training needs for the visually impaired.

There are monthly meetings – share ideas, resources and also match resources right at meetings – instant partnerships are born in meetings. Workshop on “win – win” partnerships and what it takes to successfully partner. Any individual, organization, institutions or business interested in sharing resources, ideas and opportunities for meaningful and effective community partnerships to reach multicultural communities can participate.

This program is both federally and state funded.
