Pedi-Connections Last Updated: June 29, 2004 Name of Organization/Institution: Pedi-Connections, VNA of Cape Cod Keywords: Outreach Description of best practice: Any child or caregiver with concerns about a child's health who lives on Cape Cod can receive this Pedi-Connections service. Pedi-Connections provides information on available resources, assists with accessing resources, and helps with expenses in case of emergency. Interpreter services are available when needed. Clients include several state agencies and departments, as well as nonprofit organizations, health care facilities, cities and towns, schools, law enforcement agencies, and for profit businesses.
